All our products are print-on-demand.

  • Order processing time: 2–4 business days

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our shipping partner.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote delivery locations

Tapori is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order is dispatched.

We currently ship across India.

International shipping is not available at this time.


🏷️ Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website


🚫 Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to origin (RTO) due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer not available / not contactable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • COD payment not ready

The order will not be eligible for a refund.

Re-shipping such orders will be done at the customer’s expense.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us at support@tapori.shop within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • An unboxing video

  • Original packaging images

Claims raised after 7 days may not be accepted.


🎨 Color & Print Disclaimer

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes

  • Minor variations in print placement or shade are not considered defects


🧾 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
